Misleading Warranty & Poor Customer Service – Regretful Experience

I deeply regret purchasing a phone from this store. The product page did not disclose that the warranty is only valid in India, and not in Kuwait. When I raised the issue, the store offered weak excuses and refused a proper refund—even though it’s a clear violation of consumer protection laws. To make things worse, they blocked me on social media when I tried to follow up.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am now taking the matter to the Consumer Protection Department. I strongly advise others to avoid this store until they take responsibility and operate transparently.
